Department of Education
There are two courses in the Department of Education: the Primary Education Course and Early Childhood Education Course. Both courses place great weight on developing the students’ understanding of humanity by studying the Buddhist concept of human existence and cultivating a religious sentiment that values all life. Students acquire the strength to live and motivation to learn, both of which are required in interacting with children, as well as skills for understanding others and creating smooth human relationships. Students learn to deeply understand the hearts of children and grow along with them to be primary and nursery school teachers. Students choose the course of their choice but in both courses offer an experience-based hand-on curriculum in a small classroom setting, enabling them to develop a both a high professionalism and the ability to work in teams.
